Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she having zero expectations. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull-downs. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the workout. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
