April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress, model and singer. Her most well-known role is that of Kandi in the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. She played Rita Farr/Elastigirl who was a regular in the American series Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby was in TV films like Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. She debuted on the big screen with All Roads Lead Home, and later appeared as a character in The Slammin Salmon as well as From Prada to Nada.
