She was a thinker in translating the enterprise's objectives and strategic plans into corporate strategies and the engagement of employees. She is passionate about learning and sees leadership and team-building as the most valuable asset. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and trained individuals who have achieved success and results. Her experience has helped develop cultures that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals as well as teams.
