Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is a American as well as a Canadian artist and singer. She has more than twenty albums. DiFranco categorizes her music under the terms folk-rock and alternative, but it also includes influences like punk, hip-hop, and jazz. Ani DiFranco is widely recognized as the feminist's icon, and Grammy-winning performer, is regarded as to be the first pioneer in DIY music. It was one of the first artists to establish her own label in 1990.
