Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre, a Canadian actress was born. The first time Lefevre was cast in a role resulted from working at a restaurant. An Canadian film producer discovered her when she waited tables. Lefevre then moved from Canada to Los Angeles and earned a frequent appearance on the TV series What About Brian (2006). Lefevre's talent for acting was discovered through a patron from Montreal when she was an 18-year-old at the restaurant. The regular put Lefevre into contact with a casting agent. It was the result that led to the creation of a Canadian television sitcom. The actress was featured in several episodes of David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004), that eventually lead to a part in his 2008 U.S. adaptation of BBC smash Life on Mars (2008). Lefevre's father was French. She was raised in Montreal although she swore mostly English. In 2004, due to the shortage of English speaking roles in Montreal, Lefevre moved into Los Angeles. Her main role was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation. It is the very first book in an ongoing series of popular teens' vampire stories.
